I sent special 2 day delivery and it shows it hasn't even left the depot in dieppe at 1500 hrs

Several times I’ve paid for express post and my parcels are supposed to be delivered in 2 days but they are never on time. Always 1 to 3 days late. Terrible service for the outrageous prices.

Canada Post delivers even on weekends better than other courrier services who only deliver on work days who are only good for people who don't work

They said delivery only take 3 business days but now it’s 6 days it is still under processed i just send docs to ottawa . They should tell us exact time

They lost my package

My packages are ALWAYS late from Canada Post. This carrier is full of lazy incompetent workers who don't do their job properly because if they did, they wouldn't have so many late deliveries. Highly NOT recommended. Please use UPS or Purolator. They are way better than Canada Post

Service horrible I work from home so I'm at my place 24/7 postman never bring package home just leave a notice to pick up at canada post, so why we are paying fee for delivery this is nonsense my last package was late plus it says delivered and ready for pick up but no notice where

Bought flat rate boxes for quicker delivery was sent December 5 from NL it is now Dec16 and its only as far as Montreal

Seriously sad to see how Canada post falls behind in their tracking and projections. They fail miserably by telling you when it will actually be there. Rather then give my hopes up by saying end of day Tuesday and not deliver it until Friday, give me live updates so I know I can go out rather then stay home thinking my package will come any moment. Ugh

Our postal delivery person has year after provides excellent service. Thank you for your continued service

Junk disgusting unreliable arrogant irresponsible people and service

I paid for the express delivery which my client was supose to get this in 2 working days, max 3. It has been 6 working days and my client never received the package. I should have gone with UPS or Fedex. I will know next time

This service is terrible the last couple parcels i sent to my parents in Ontario from pictou ns has been broken, open, or took weeks to get and some they never ever got since fathers day last year , and insurance is a scam they never ever replaced my items or value
