Good service all around from my experience

Lost our package and are unwilling to help. Doesn’t think it is their problem.

All is good until they get busy then tracking stops on some packages

More information should be provided like expected delivery date

Would be really awesome if there was a way to scan the tracking number by taking a photo and if it would show all of the stops it needs to make. It’s regardless nice to be able to track it so thank you for that

Why are all these extra charges not just included in the shipping price? Fuel surcharge, signature receipt? You are definitely paying extra for convenience, as my $30 shipment would probably have been same cost (if not cheaper) at a real parcel shipment company like purolator or UPS

I realize that Canada Post works hard during the holidays but I do think it’s a bit ridiculous for a small package to be processed by postal office on Dec 2nd & go out for delivery that day(was mailed nov 29th) & IT still has not made it from Spryfield to Bayers Lake over 2 weeks later!! Also waiting for medical results to arrive in Prospect that was mailed from QEII on NOVEMBER 12th.......4 weeks and 5 days!! Bit much Canada Post!!!!

sent a a envelope early November from Ont to Alberta. Found out later can post clerk didn’t charge me enough postage. Person in Alberta never received tge parcel and it was never returned to me

My product never got delivered!!!

The site says the item was scheduled for delivery December 13. Not delivered yet. A separate letter is also delayed by a few extra days. Terrible service.

Last Wednesday (Dec. 11), I paid over $18 (which included a small bubble envelope) to have a card sent from Barrie to Ottawa for Friday (Dec. 13). The counter person said it would “definitely” get there by Friday. It didn’t. It’s Monday night (Dec. 16) and it still hasn’t arrived. Just think that was really too much to charge for a missed guarantee. Otherwise I would’ve simply sent it regular mail.
