Poor service. My express mail to New York, hasn't arrived in two weeks.

It has been 13 days & my box went from calgary to montreal in the 1st 2?days & it is still sitting there. For this i paid over $30 for a box that weighs 1.79 kgs? Lousy service

4 days since mailed the parcel and the only tracking is when it was received at the post office. Poor internal processes.

Not happy with your tracking or with post offices... Was told mail was collected from the Shoppers at 4 pm.. I brought my parcels in at 10:30am Friday... Monday at 3:45pm Tracking says item was accepted at post office at 11:05 am on Friday. I paid for international express post to Australia guaranteed 6 business days to arrive...

You don't hold up on your agreements as of insurance and you are incredibly slow sending stuff that's pretty sad

Packages lost/misplaced, paying $65 for overnight delivery which actually takes 5 days... letters taking up to 3 weeks to be delivered.

I ordered a online gift Dec.1st. How long does it take and where is my pkg.???

A package was supposed to go from Toronto to a shoppers drug mart canada post for a Dec 10 delivery date. They sent it to Collingwood by mistake. On the 16th of December I got a delivery notice that it was available at the Orillia Post Office. I'm not sure how it took 6 days to go from Collingwood to Barrie to Orillia. I went to the Orillia Post Office and they said it was at the Westmount Shoppers. I was at the Westmount Canada Post to drop off a package prior to coming to the downtown office and they said they didn't have it. It's a gong show and no one seems to care.
