2 or 3 days delivery for a CD $ 30 dollars , 6 days go by and still don't get to the destination..... very bad service .....

Drivers don't even attempt delivery, they write up the tag in the truck and don't even bring the package. Gross. Sick of fighting with them.

Not good every time I pay to send an envelope to florida for a maximum of 4 days it doesn't get there for 2 weeks this has happened 3 time I feel like I'm getting ripped off!!!

Packages aren't arriving on time like they say. Half the time there held in Mississauga way past delivery date. I ordered stuff for Christmas so hopefully it arrives in time or they can refund me my money

Terrible service, my package says it was delivered but I do not have it. My buzzer # is connected to my phone and there is no indication that I was contacted. This is the second time the postal worker has not buzzed my buzzer. I am upset because I just had a knee replacement and I cannot go to the post office to get my parcel! I paid for shipping services and my parcels should be delivered to my door. The parcel I am now looking for, says it was delivered on Dec. 7th, 2019. No notification slip was left on my door or in my mailbox. The postal worker delivering my parcel is just pure lazy!!! This is really terrible service!

Terrible tracking service. Tracking is too far behind to be of any help. I shipped a package that was shipped midway and subsequently returned to original province it was sent from. Tracking only indicated the parcel had been processed. Super frustrating.

Paid for delivery on Friday Dec 6. My sister said not there yet Track package and was there Friday. Posture did not buss apt to deliver package notice not left inside mail box Found notice on Sunday out side of building Very dis appointed Not first time I have had issue with guaranteed delivery
