Love the service I get at Canada Post. I have always gotten great service and so much help, your employees are awesome.

Requested that my Amazon parcel be left at the front door. Instead a parcel claim tag was saying to pick up package at post office after 13:00 on Dec 7th. It's now Dec 8th and the parcel hasn't reached the post office.

Horrible service. Tracking service doesn’t work. Service is slower then estimation, and parcels don’t arrive

The worse. I have a delivery ETA of December 3rd and haven't received yet. Not the first time. When I know that my package will be delivered via Canada post, I have no expectations

What is the point of paying Express when after a week it is still in transit? 3 days at post office before going out in transit??

Xmas comes around every year, is Canada Post prepared, NO!!!!

A day past the date it was gatenteed to be delivered by, and when I look up tracking number the only info showing is the the electronic information has been submitted by shipper. No location or new expected delivery date to at least ease the mind a little.

I love Canada post. Then post home delivery lady is very friendly..

Still waiting for parcel which is fine busy because of Christmas, no updates so far have no idea when it is estimated to arrive not very good.you will get a 1 because I cannot leave it blank.

Rates increase and post is slower than ever

Difficult to work tracking. It doesn’t tell me when it will be delivered.

Last several packages were very late

Like many customers who pain for 2 day shipping and get delayed by Canada post. My parcel is sitting in Edmonton I said I would pick it up however was informed I couldn’t do that I would have to wait til the next business day to have it delivered. What a pile of bull shit.
