If I could give a zero rating I would. I ordered an item with the fastest shipping possible. It was supposed to arrive on Dec 4. It is now Dec 6 and has not arrived. There are no updates on the parcel online or after calling Canada post on 5 separate occasions. It’s disgusting that I would pay for Quick shipping and no one can track my item. What kind of company can’t track a tracking number when it’s your business to deliver packages

I still haven’t gotten my item that I ordered last week this is a scam.Never using Canada post ever again!

I’m confused as to why my package has been sitting in the same location for 3 days. Shipped Canada to Canada. Yet I receive a package from Romania with a different courier and received within 2 days of ordering!

Needed an envelope delivered today (Friday). Sent expresspost on Monday, Dec 2nd. Told it would be 2-3 business days. According to tracker, it just cleared customs this morning!!!! Considering the high cost, this is disgusting!!!

I’m so disappointed with you guys . Express mail they say 1-2 days . It’s been 4 days and the letter is not here . Why pay express when it takes as long as regular mail .better to use a courier that does what they say .

Very poor. I cannot believe it takes this long to recieve a package. I ordered my package online because it said delivery December 4th and I need it for the 7th but now I am stuck. Thank you Canada Post.

Should have a list of the steps from pickup to delivery and indicator showing which steps are completed and the ETA

Would give half or 0 if I could real upset the update tracking does not work day 5 on a 2 day delivery and it still has not arrived to its destination.

Always send express post never on time will have to send purolater Or other way can’t rely on Canada post

Paid for express guaranteed 2 -3 days, monday dec 02 16.55 burlington, next checkpoint mississauga dec 05 19:35, destined for north bay, did not meet the guaranteed time line, this sucks, burlington to mississauga is a 20 minute drive,, this package took over 72 hours, and I still do not have it, this was medication, in fact the clerk that took it, said..it will be in north bay tuesday

Express..what a joke monday dec 02 burlington..next check point thursday dec 05 mississauga, guaranteed 2 - 3 days to north bay, 9:15 pm thursday 5th and I still do not have it, disgusting service, paid 26.00 to have medication shipped, clerk even said..this is guaranteed next day delivery, this totally sucks, we are now out of pocket to replace this med, this does not even qualify rating ax1 but had to to have it accept my comment, would have been easier to drive to burlington to pick up, I bet none even follows up on this
