Deliveries take much too long!!! The tracking date is almost always incorrect!!! Domwtimes the item is scanned as delivered but has not in fact been delivered. Very unorganized!!! Not impressed at all.

Very bad in delivery. Without trying just stick the pick up package notification on the main door and leave as if people are free! If we r free we will go to the store and shop! The reason of ordering online is because we are busy!!! Be more caring!

Not sure why I'm even rating it a 2 star.. been 2 weeks and it only coming from 3 hrs away.. slowest delivery ever.. it went from mississauga to north bay then back to mississauga and then to Barrie.. lmao get it together people.. hopefully it gets here by Christmas.. lol

You should have callback feature on your phone system like so many other businesses have. Also don’t have so many messages while people are waiting on phone for agent. It seems like these days one can’t get through to an agent at all.

Tracking site gives no information.

It is very hard to get anyone on phone. It seems that the shipment 2010518631933679 has been lost. I don’t know if I will get my refund for the purchase from the Apniroots business.

nothing ever gets delivered on time even when you pay insurance

We have asked for a new lock & keys a week ago and they have lost the keys, had to get the supervisor involved, said they would be here today and they leave us a slip saying the keys are here AND THEY ARE NOT. Why leave a slip if they’re not here???

Excellent compared to any other country I have lived in.

My shipment from phils. they ship it to me Nov.9 2019 only today I track it its gonna deliver today. I paid. shipment very costly for 10 days fee. I need a credit for the delay.
