didn't deliver on date as promised..still not there tracking dies not allow to question phoning gives u online to do service ticket when u Google service ticket there is nowhere to add it into system when u call back they say they're busy and to call back later

You have to watch Canada Post they don't come to your door and leave your parcel anywhere . Also I have the right tracking number and doesn't work. Canada Post so expensive

For an item supposed to be a 2 day delivery this is now day 4 and as 3rd day just in transit no update available so poor rating. Not happy.

Need to step their game up and bring mail service in Canada out of the 19th century. Over priced, long shipping times for items traveling from say London ont. To the GTA 2 hour drive down the 401 takes 1 week in transit. Must still travel by horse and buggy.

Terrible results tracking my package to Banff. Been trying for two days, sent priority. Had co-workers try, everyone frustrated!! Cost 149.00 still don’t know if it made it as my son out there had to work at 4pm, of course post office closes at that time also!!!! Not impressed!!!

Aweful experience. From the bad phone lines they use to the inability of people to read which door a package is supposed to go to (or sometimes the wrong building). They dont care and they make it obvious.

If you have items to ship to Europe, extremely expensive for a basic service that delivers in 2 months!! I drive to US , use the US POSTAL SERVICE, boxes in Europe in 5 days with tracking and more than half the cost best secret ever
