Package sent from Newmarket on December 1st to Parry Sound. Expected delivery was December 4th. Now December 5th and no parcel. On checking with tracking number my parcel is in Thunder Bay. Canada Post needs to go back to school and take a geography lesson. Very poor service.

Shipment takes forever to deliver after they receive it

Lost my package for 3 weeks and refused to send express after they all of a sudden found it .... sad

Could not access the tracking of my package that was posted November 28th. You are unable to provide or process my tracking request.

Always prompt delivery and very convey to pickup from nearest outlet.

I’m an artist and ship parcels weekly for next day delivery. Rarely do they get there then. Now today 48 hours later and still not there. I pay extra. I pay insurance. I pay for signature. And clients are continually being let down They pay good money and expect what Canada post guarantees ha!!!! Right

Not happy because I don't have my package yet and should of.

Good Tracking System

Package was supposed to be delivered end of day Dec 2, still waiting. No updated tracking info since Dec 2. You guys suck

Canada post sucks. I have had packages sitting in Calgary for 2 days.

Out for delivery since Dec 2, will be delivered Dec 2 by end of day. Dec 4 now, still waiting, tracking not updated since Dec 2. Terrible system. Online chat 297 ahead in q 35min average wait. What a joke.
