Terrible service, four days late and still no update

Was supposed to be a 2 day delivery and to find it is still in Quebec. and no where near to where it was supposed to be delivered to and tracking does not explain much else as to where package is I rate only a 1

Canada Post is crazy. They can't deliver packages on time. If there is another option to ship your items use the other not CANADA POST

it's horrible they don't give tracking information on your merchandise

I’ve tried to track a package for 8 days. Identifies when it was shipped but not updated since then. Useless, if not updated

My parcels are at Mississauga stuck there for 2-3 days when I tracked. Why?

Canada Post has gotten very expensive, if you look at it as a retail outlet, I wouldn't shop there. The people are always cordial.

If any of my Amazon deliveries ever go missing. I know it was shipped with Canada Post. They make online shopping horrible.

Domestic service is fine. Service to U.S. is quite expensive. I try to mail things that are going to the U.S. from a U.S. An item sent fro Canada to the United States cost me $27.40 can. The other way around $5.60. Super box delivery is inconsistent. Sometimes delivery is 2:00 pm sometimes 4:00 pm sometimes after 6:00 pm. The boxes are blistering, rusty and they leak when there’s rain or snow, especially when windy. I bet tod Canada Post to do something. All they did was put on a new door. A lot of good that will do. I’ve wet and frozen mail. They need to put my mail in a zip lock plastic. No even sure why I’m even asked for my opinion. Nothing will be done.

Send a parcel 4 days guarantee. 7 days past and the parcel not arrived yet. I want my money back

Mailed a gift for a birthday to uk with no tracking and it still has not arrived it’s been 21 days . I find it very expensive . Just mailed a Christmas gift off to uk cost me 70 with tracking . Will go back to use if the internet from now on as I have been let down by Canada post . Had a birthday card retuned to me this summer with no postage when I know I put a stamp on . I find I have been let down and it’s only over the last few years .

Post man never delivers my items to my place! He or she never presses my bell and just put it back to the post office. It's very disappointing!
