I was waiting for the parcel all day at home, but they didn't deliver it and just put a notice in my mail box. It's happened at least four times. They never deliver items to my place. It's very disappointing.

Very Disappointed with this service. I wish the government never mandated them back to work and just canceled their services altogether.

Worse postal service I've ever experienced. Nothing but excuses, this is the third package they've lost, tracking shows it arrived in Richmond on November 11th still has not left, but when I phone they're unable find it... Wait a few more days is the response you're likely to receive.

Very fast and accurate tracking. Canada post does a great job with packages.

Twice I have had a prepaid package returned to my address ... Canada Post apparently does not understand 'To'.... and sends it back to 'From' .... really?....twice????

The tracking is awful. Not very detailed at all, thanks for showing you've accepted my package a week ago, where is it now? Staff are a real hit or miss. I've had great service by some and horrendously rude service by others.

I always use Canada post for reasonable and reliable shipping and mail.

Tracking doesn't always work. Their guaranteed delivery options are not backed, upheld nor refunded if the deadline is not met. Tsk tsk Canada Post. I use them at times because it's a cheaper system than some but can't depend on this service.
