So I went thru reviews I want to emphatically state I would fire the whole lot of bureaucrats They are lucky CP is a crown Corp and their jobs are protect by union’s.. Ifvi read these reviews about my company I would call the higher eschaton in and tell them correct this in 24 hrs or your out of here I cannot believe how they let these consumer mishaps to continue They do not have a clue what customer Service is. They think voicing your Unhappiness about their shoddy delivery is customer service. NOT Making sure parcels etc are delivered in a timely fashion with proper information available to consumer. It’s not the people you bought or are receiving your items from. It’s CANADA POST I own my own successful business and Customer Service is Paramount. Whatever it takes .. I say it again If this was my business. I would fire the people at the top who are in charge of the special delivery service across all of Canada .

Shows pick up. And then nothing We do not have a clue where parcel is it when it should be delivered 3rd world country. There are apps to provide info to the consumer It seems they are always chasing the tale just like prepaid small shipping Boxes available by usps but not in Canada. Stupidly Is cheap they say Their marketing team must be clones Same dumb things all the time Ups and usps show min by min

Despite the cost of shipping, Canada post still tries to deliver as promised. I remember when it cost 2cents to mail a letter, times have changed and so have our shipping modes.

They lose more mail than they deliver I have had 3 lost parcels that were properly addressed they never made it to the destination so I lost the price of the contents and the exorbitant cost to ship

Parcel over due .. have logged a ticket myself and CANADA post has too yet on the live chat is not allowing me to chat with Nick yet I’ve used this same tablet all day with no issue and now it won’t work with your live chat ... guess next time package goes with another carrier .., really poor customer service still no idea where my grandson package has disappeared too ... is there a negative rating

Surely service, impossible to reach a person, they dont do anything even if they make mistakes (they shipped a package going to Germany to the US instead and didn't even refund the shipping cost). Classic useless, unaccountable government organization. Would give 0 stars if possible.
