Took forever to deliver my package

Too many things to clock on make it confusing and annoying

Detailed tracking.. lmao. Last tracking time on my item was 16 hours ago. Item was sent overnight and we were charged for overnight , here's what Canada Post dose not tell you until you inquire yourself. From November to January overnight delivery takes two days.. joke.

You promised 2-4 days and charged me extremely high rate, now after 4 days a simple letter is not delivered yet. Very disappointed

Shitty service ... tracking said I requested a delivery to a new address ... total BS. Just added to another delivery complaint of carriers who dont even try to deliver your package.

Why do I pay for over night shipping and the item hasn’t left the mail out city > 24 hrs! Terrible service by Canada Post as usual

Can’t believe 10 days later and the only up date you get is that the item was still in Canada 7 days ago.

Not good at all too many ads, and where does it tell me arrival, your old set up was much better. No stars from me

poor service 3rd day my client didn't receive her parcel supposed to be next day

I was pissed that my package was late, I decided to chat with a customer service rep, Brian was extremely professional, helped me find the issue that caused my package to be late. I discovered that it was not Canada post fault, but rather the sender that did not get it to them before the cuttoff time. So far, this has been my only issue with them and they got me the awnsers I was looking for, they get too bad of a reputation for things that are probably not even their fault! Go chat with somebody if your parcel is late, the truck might have gotten into an accident, or as in my case, the sender did not fufill their duty.

Poor performance in delivering a personal letter from Mississauga to Delhi In India . Letter was processed in Mississauga on 10 November and not yet delivered. It was sent by Registered Post on 08 November
