Try to talk to a person about tracking and it is just stupid. They lost my package but it says they delivered it. So many time I get others packages and some one gets mine . This time who ever got mine did not bring it to me

Canada post changed my address and the postal code is “incorrect” whenever I try to order something. Also the carriers kept on mis delivering my and someone else’s mail. I got the the other persons mail 4 times and every time I called customer service and went to the post office and told them that they kept sending us wrong the wrong mail. Their answer was to move our mail box

Very bad I send documents to Ethiopian it has been 15 days but still not delivered yet I really recommend fedx or Dhl I send documents with them it’s been delivered in 3 days

tracking is good. Rates are crazy. I can send a small packet to Italy cheaper than to Vancouver and I live in Nanaimo.

Still waiting on a package stuck in Ottawa since November 8th. I live in Greely which is technically Ottawa. I've been told it has been tagged to start moving but no movement showing in tracking.
