This is the 3rd or 4th time I paid for 2 day shipping and the package didn’t arrive. Twice they completely lost my package.

Parcel got sent to wrong address....had to redirect....leave it to CP..lol

Send the parcel since 2 weeks ago to MI with tracking number and no sign of delivery to my friend's address. The tracking haven't updated since the items get to international (US). So frustrated and disappointed as I paid extra for tracking and fast service delivery. Canada Post needs to improve and service a.s.a.p!

The Wiarton post office was very friendly and helpful. My parcel got to Brighton in the time they said it would. Good job.

A little disappointed to see that at the end of day 2 after dropping my envelope at the Kingston main post office, the tracking information indicates that it has not moved. What the hell Canada Post? I’d be happy to give a better rating if it gets delivered on the 4-5 day timing that I was told but how does that happen when it doesn’t move?

Delivery took more days than post office indicated.$ 27.75 to post a letter and take 6 days to be delivered is unexceptable. Was not aware it would take that long. Will not use that method of mailing a letter again.

Sent a package yesterday priority overnight. $96. Tried tracking 4 times today & it only shows the package as accepted at the Toronto post office where it was dropped it off yesterday No clue where it is now

Very poor service one day paid delivery for , took a week to arrive from toronto to ottawa and it was suppose to be express

Item was sent to Toronto on the 19th of october and was dispatched on the 24th of october
