More then month and the parcel is still in transit

There are never any accurate updates and usually late. For paying 30 for a very small no weight box, the size small mittens fit in is ridiculous!!

Very hard to get any info, calls aren't answered by people. Packages aren’t delivered on time.

Send an envelope Express post with guaranteed 4 day delivery with signature required. It has now been well over four days and tracking stopped at the US border so I have no idea where my package is. Next time I'll try to send it regular mail seems to get faster service instead of wasting $30.

Paid good money to have a package tracked...thought I'd get a precise and comprehensive tracking as the package contained important documents. Oh no......"tracking" appeared to have ceased at " the parcel has arrived in a foreign country" point.....well marvellous, great that CanadaPost....what about the rest of its journey to it's intended destination??

Tracking gets updated ‘Item out for delivery’ days after receiving item. It’s like they sent the tracking notice by snail mail.

Things never arrive on time, and the delivery people only pretend to ring the doorbell... most times they just slap the missed parcel notice on the door and just walk away

This is the second time in a year it’s happening to me. Item has arrived in the last stop before going out for delivery and after a week, still no sign of it. CP has no clue what’s going on.

Shabby service, unreliable. Not a service I could , under any circumstance , recommend. Should be held accountable when it fails to deliver as per agreement.
