This will be the last time I send a parcel through Canada Post. $25. gift cost me $28. to send it 2 provinces away. Next time I’ll use Amazon and have the gift sent right to the door!

Very disappointed. Made an order in China and the package tracked beautifully until Canada Post took over. Tracking shows it in Montreal for over a month. Opened an investigation with Canada Post and they just said they can't find it and told me to ask the seller to make a claim. Can't cause the seller's customer support is AI. I am eating the loss and made a second order for the same product. I am very nervous about the transition to Canada Lost.

Paid $26.00 to send a parcel to Nanaimo from Edmonton. After two weeks it finally showed up as delivered. I threw out my tracking number. It was never received where it was mailed to. I have no doubt it was delivered. Just to the wrong address. Canada Post is the worst and gets worse as time go on.

I paid $28 to mail one letter size letter by Express post. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. Took a whole week. I am NOT happy, but I have taken into consideration that huge snow accumulation in the Maritimes, and am not making an issue of it. Canada Post is mostly always reliable.

The parcel sent to me was supposed to be here yesterday, I mean over $70 to ship a box from Edmonton area to Port Alberni, you would figure it would've been on time....come on let's see performance.

A small package was sent by me to Brampton Ont. With the supplier’s DRL and postage paid by me. For some unknown reason it says they refused and it was returned to me. Tracker says back at St. Albert, AB PO and out for delivery. This is Feb 7th and l have not received either the page or info to pick up.

Very happy with service. Sent package on Monday at 11:30 am, it arrived at destination Tuesday at 2:30 am. It was sent priority and I was not disappointed.

the poorest post service

EVERY time there's an "address exception" when I have orders coming. There's a reason I order for AND pay for shipping to my door..yet EVERYTIME I have to find a way to pick up my items. Funny --- Canada Post has no issues finding my adress and delivering my BILLS.

I haven't received my parcel and yet it says it's waiting to be picked up?
