I have never had a problem with them n,I have always got my parcel on the day it says , the girls that work there have been nothing but good to me ,yes Purolator forsure is expensive I do know that I was happy to hear about the flat rate box works amazing .

ExpressPost is BS! Another holiday ruined. Everytime I try to give Canada Post a chance, and trust their service, they disappoint. Take your money, and never provide a refund or an apology. I'm DONE. FedEx, UPS, may be more expensive, but their reliable.

I sent a letter inside Ottawa on Friday February 8 pay for tracking $13.00 it’s still not arrived when the address is just at Riverside Ottawa, what kind of service is this? I rate this 0

Had a package sent from China made it to Missasauga Ontario and then to Bellefeuille Quebec the package was supposed to be delivered to Springhill Nova Scotia very disappointed

They have had my package since the Jan 31st . They continue to send texts saying it is being delivered today and nothing shows up. I am so annoyed!

Just want to say! I see lots of complaints about weight and Size..and paying parcel rates! Remember it's technically not what is in your parcel (exception of dangerous goods ) i5 might weigh hardly nothing.but in needs to slide through the parameters. Thumb size is for oversize any thicker and cannot slide through its a package..same goes for letter mail! Do not stick pens.jewelry pins etc then it is oversize! These items are processed in machines. And DHL and Purolator are more expensive! Just a tip or tips!!

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered since February 6th. It says on the website it was in transit from St. John's nl to Conception Bay South nl since February 7th. It is a half hour drive. Today is the 12th and still no sign of it. It's not the first time this has happened with Canada Post.

Very disappointed in Canada post. Lost my package in transit from St. John’s. How can you lose a package In transit? Was it stolen or thrown aside? It was in transit to its final destination. I don’t understand.

Well don’t know what to think. I had two parcels sent from Kingston Ont on January the 19. Received one of the boxes on that following Friday. And the other well I guess it can’t be found. Like how do u loose a box that’s a foot and a half wide and 3 and a half feet tell tall and about 3 feet long. Like come on a box that big just don’t walk off. Or can’t be seen. Lol now I’ve heard it all. Way to go Canada post. Way to go!!!!!

2024/02/08… req. shoppers drug mart #0421 303 Albert st… mailed a packet 0.185 kg..size of my envelope was 15.2 cm x 22.8 cm.. your wicket employee argued that it was a parcel,,, which it wasn’t… l had to pay $19.70 as she classified as a parcel when it was packet…. Please train these employees…. Need a reply… thank you

can’t believe this. just paid 16.60 for a package that weighed 0.330. no wonder it’s going broke. won’t be doing this again. next time i’ll just order from amazon get free delivery and sit back and wait for canada post funeral

horrible service. tracking is not updated. parcel got delivered somewhere else. typical government service. next time, DHL or purolator

I received excellent service at the Sardis Post Office. They went beyond the call of duty to accommodate me.
