All the packages I sent to the US last year and this year was received in the time period as stated. Very happy with service, especially at Christmas.

im still waiting for any update, i send package to taiwan now it's been 50days every time i check it's say Richmond, how many times I'll go to Post office they say the next update is when my package received the reciever, Poor service!

Why my parcel is still in Richmond until now what is going on? Please give me the reason & give me an update thank you.

Still waiting on my package it’s almost a month lat. Put it on a truck or plane not a snail. Unbelievable and pathetic

Always get my packages on time or before. We get amazon very often and quick. Only package that never arrived was from china SCAM. post master said that they send out fake packages and tracking show arrived but usually just a postcard with tracking info that gets lost somehow.

I have a package and the status say in transit for the past 2 weeks it so frustrating an I pay almost $50 to get this package on time what a waste

My tracking number said my package was to arrive on Monday, February 12th at end of day , it is now Thursday. The 15th at the end of day and my package has still not arrived even though my tracking numbers keep saying. My package is going to be here by end of day. So I am slowly losing heart with Canada post. Let's see what happens with the package. I have coming in from saintcatherine's which is a 3 hour. Drive away, let's see how many days it takes to get here.

It seems that whether you pay for quick shipping or not never is on time, was supposed to be 3-8 days and in this sight it’s 2 weeks.

Every time I use xpresspost and pay an arm n leg for it never arrives on time ! Never again .

Had a package from Jersey Outlet that was delivered to Mississauga then to London and then to Zurich Ontario , each time further away from my address. The tracking says it’s delivered. It’s not and I’m ticked because I needed the items for a timeline. That’s not met. Very unsatisfied
