My package has been sent to the wrong province !!!

I have the same promblem with the postal When I send something from bc it gets where I send it in 36 hours . But the person send it bk to me it takes 11 days that's crazy .on top of it I send a packagd with insurance on it and they didn't give it to thd right person and I lost some thing important in there call them we can't do nothing for you . Like this pass one I send to them they miss handle it I paid alot of insurance on it and they wong do nothing about it .whh should you pay alot of insurance on a package and something goes wrong and you have to fight to get it bk .they don't want to take responsibility fof they did to the package .to me everything should bd covered in the price especailly insured items .ty

If you mail express to USA don't expect your letter/package to reach destination in less than 10 to 12 days, if lucky

Canada post is actually the worse courrier you wanna send your package to someone or receive you never get it when or how it’s supposed to be total disappointment every time I’m just done

Tracking system is a joke, so is the customer service. Package was in Calgary, then said it was supposed to arrive Wednesday. when it didn't arrive I checked again and it said in Toronto. But said it would be delivered by Friday. Still hasn't made it. Called Canada post and they say they haven't received it yet... and that the tracking system will keep updating and saying it'll be delivered the next day until it shows up... if they haven't received it yet, how can I have a tracking number, and how can they see that I do in fact have a package coming?

Package states package picked up in Richmond February 9th, no updates since then, now on February 23rd, wanted items before my travels ha not going to happen now ☹️ ☹️☹️

I had a package sent from Edmonton Ab. To Chilliwack, paid for xpresspost. Told it would be to destination in 2 days. Not!, still not delivered. So I would say canada post is not my choice for punctual delivery as you are told! Pay for a service but don't receive it???

Every time I receive courier packages in my community mail box is missing .. but envelope arrives .. after missing many courier packages in my mail box contacted them they say we are looking in to it and closed ticket’s without any solution… they don’t seem to care about your valuable things and you literally don’t get answers accept it shows it is delivered but where ???? It says in my community mailbox but noo key for big compartment no courier . Am extremely exhausted

My parcel is sitting in Mississauga when it should be on its way to Manitoba, because my city of Selkirk is in Manitoba. I will rate you higher if you get my parcel moving to Manitoba right away!!!

Was waiting for a parcel to be delivered for over a month now it finally arrived in Canada only to find out they sent the parcel to a totally different province so now someone else is enjoying my parcel and now Canada post said they can’t really do anything about it so frustrating not happy with Canada post

It’s says delivery date 22 Feb but on map still shows in bc, not happy

Very unreliable service was provided for my shipment. I paid Priorite fee, the most expensive option that is said to guarantee deliver in 1 business day. I also asked for signature at delivery. The service provided was: a notification of delivery was left in the mailbox for me to pick up the package at nearest Canada Post location, although I was home all day waiting for the package and available to sign. Customer explanation was: “delivery person was very busy, the building was too big, they can try to redeliver but it will take 2 to 3 business days, we recommend you pick it up by yourself”. I thought I would not need to explain that, if I paid for Priorite fee with signature requirement ia because I needed the package delivered in 1 business day (not 2 or 3, which would be Express) and delivery should happen at doorstep with signature requirement (not a late “we-suggest-you-pick-it-up-by-yourself” service). Complete lack of reliability and complete disregard for client needs, that’s my takeaway from my first and last shipping experience with Canada Post. I’ll definitely choose a different carrier (I.e. UPS, Purulator, etc) next time I need help with a shipment.

VERY Disappointed and seems to be getting worse.1. Have Xpress Post (2 day mail) mailed from Vancouver to Calgary. on Feb 15 got "notification" of at postoffice. Well it is a week later and in Calgary for the last 3 days an is listed as "delayed". Wonder why folks use Purolator or other? Next day or 2 day IS that. 2. First half of Feb I received NO MAIL ( reg postie on vacation??? don't know) then got 15 pieces in one day and high volume for the next 3 business days. 3.My Enmax bill normally 1 week EARLY for due date arrived 4 days after the 'payment due' date. 4. Got a "final deliver" notice of letter (one I had been watching for - passports); NEVER got first 'attempt to deliver'. At post office I mentioned this and that I had just received mail for the first time in 2 weeks and clerk said she had heard the same report ALL day of people coming in and not having had any delivery for 2 weeks. So looks like our post was just not backed up when sick or away I am guessing. TERRIBLE service.Seriously they want to INCREASE the cost of mail? Most would say reduce delivery to 4 days a week - but I think that would be a step better than we have (not convinced we get more than 3 day).Private industry would not survive.
