Canada Post reviews

This is not so much a review but a frustration that I see with almost everyone in here. Currently I'm waiting for a package, it says by end of day today. It's here, it's ready to go.. so where is it? End of day... Wth does that mean? My post office closes at 430 and it's already 630. I hope that Canada Post isn't what everyone in here says. But my faith in that is slowly waning..

I would highly recommend the service. Less then a week my parcel was received from Whitby to Florida Amazing love the service

The service is amazing. I sent parcel out from Whitby Wednesday to Florida Parcel was received on Monday fantastic and quick I would highly recommend very pleased with the service.

Tracked package! It’s been in Alberta since Wednesday! Trying to pick up my self on Monday! Spent 2 hours on the phone ! Can not talk to a human because it’s all virtual assistant that doesn’t have a clue on how to move me forward! Waste of time

I didn't get any notifications from last 15 days . Very bad service

Mailed my parcel on feb 21 .now been in Montreal for many days .its headed for alberta .so when will it move ?

Paid for international priority post. 7 days later still in Laval. Birthday cards arrived faster!

I have no problem using Canada Post to deliver TAX papers always to Sudbury. It usually gets there safe and sound in 3 days. There has been a cost increase that is now exceeding $20 with no other delivery option less than this amount to ensure it will get there intact. Sad considering it is CANADA's post.

I ordered a package from the US. I just checked the tracking, and it's currently in Inuvik?? I live in AB!

Its been a week since my package was sent but up until now I didn’t receive it the status always says it will be deliver today since it arrived in the facility at Vaughan Very disappointing I thought express take only 2-3 days

They lost my package.

I lost a parcel! Reported it, had a service ticket, & its useless. They were not able to do anything about it. So, is there a dept who handles this within Canada Post?don't you return it to theSender? Where does this parcel go?

Order a sweater online. What's the package? Come to toronto airport then past my house then Went to quebec. I live in Ontario. 100% messed up. Then went to the wrong address. I know I put the right address in when I ordered my sweater. Never mind screwing up the Province

I pay for next day or two day unexpect it to be there why pay extra if you am get it there by snail mail quicker looking into refund this day and age can't be thrown away money
