I ordered a package from the US. I just checked the tracking, and it's currently in Inuvik?? I live in AB!

7324166005517618 I have been tracking my parcel since January 5 up to now. Nothing was delivered in the address mail box.

Its been a week since my package was sent but up until now I didn’t receive it the status always says it will be deliver today since it arrived in the facility at Vaughan Very disappointing I thought express take only 2-3 days

They lost my package.

I lost a parcel! Reported it, had a service ticket, & its useless. They were not able to do anything about it. So, is there a dept who handles this within Canada Post?don't you return it to theSender? Where does this parcel go?

Order a sweater online. What's the package? Come to toronto airport then past my house then Went to quebec. I live in Ontario. 100% messed up. Then went to the wrong address. I know I put the right address in when I ordered my sweater. Never mind screwing up the Province

I pay for next day or two day unexpect it to be there why pay extra if you am get it there by snail mail quicker looking into refund this day and age can't be thrown away money

I like the tracking status, you can monitor your parcel and plus the email enrollment is a big thing. You are aware of the whereabouts of your item/parcel

When doubting the whereabouts of our parcel, the post office personnel was very helpful in tracking the location of it and getting it to us safely.

Worst mistake…such an important document sent via Canada post to India. Paid $43.80 for express but today after 20 days of waiting it says still in transit. No update atal. OMG m I in fifth world country? I doubt…

High high rates and slowest service! Crazy!

My parcel did not receive 2x in a row and items are all expensive items and I did not get anything back , as per Canada post employee the delivery drivers steal package from customers , please do something about it , my parcel is coming from Alberta and never seen those 2 different packages , Canada post should investigate your delivery people
