Terrible service they were supposed to deliver to my door and get a signature didnt happen on the card buddy put the wrong date and said couldnt get a hold of me lol didnt even try ! Getting lazy id give zero stars if i could

If Canada post says it's going to be delivered on let's say March 1 but it doesn't actually come until March 2nd or 3rd when you've waited all day for it to come so it doesn't get stolen is frustrating. If it's going to arrive at Canada post on the 1st and not go out for days then fix the issue so we know what day to stay and wait for it.

Not the best delivery service. Amazon, unfortunately so much better. Serious changes should be made to have better services delivered to the customers.

An traceable parcel sent from Mtilton meant to arrive on Vancouver on 09 Mar (as per initial estimate ).is sitting in Mississauga for four days ( status not updated since 05 Mar). Why is the tracking service offered and payed for if updates are not made and delivery times not followed.

Canada post! I’m waiting for my item in Lloydminster. The notice was received march 5 and the item isn’t available at the post office. Tracking number 132268867566766. It should be delivered LloydMall shoppers drug mart 521144 st lloydminster ab t9 v0a0. Please we are waiting for it, if it’s not delivered we’ll go to police.

Canada post service is absolutely ridiculously embarrassing. 3rd world countries have better service

Sent a registered letter on March 4 from Orangeville to Mississauga On.Tracking since Monday don't know if letter is lost or truck is stalled cost $14.00 to send letter next time I will deliver myself.

I moved to Vancouver Island in 2022. I have a small business, I ship regularly and also recieve shipments from across Canada and internationally I have noticed that CPC has decided to have no service to the Island outlets during weekends. If I ship on Friday the parcel sit in the outlet until Monday at 2;30pm...if I have a shipment coming I usually get a promt from CPC informing me that there is a delay ie weather or no explanation at all. I assume the high cost of shipping is due to the storage fees...and now they have added a gas surcharge. I think CPC needs to increase the service and get there ratings higher

Canada post should have parcels and mail delivered by Amazon,, 100 times better service than CP

It was delayed at customs, underwent two examinations, shipped and United States Postal Service delayed it at Customs another examination.

Not impressed with CP, two letters and a pkg list on the last two months, for the same address, phone number in the pkg but no phone call made to receiver.Rediculous and frustrating. Refund does not cover the personal value of lost items

Absolutely pathetic service the tracking is so below technology availability. 100% fail Canada post. Get Out of the business

The snowplow knocked over our community box 2 wks ago. We're told it would take 10-12 days. We were told to get our mail at the depot but every time we go - no mail. Our neighbour spoke to one of the drivers and was told we had all kinds of nail. The inside workers are just too lazy to sort it. And we pay these imbeciles???
