I appreciate Canada Post in my rural area. We pick our mail and packages from our little post office. It's the best.

I haven't received my package yet but they keep saying they're delivered my items

Why my parcel is deliverd to Montreal when i expect it in Scarborough

Parcel arrived before due date. Great tracking from Canada Post and DHL from Germany to Canada. Could not have asked for better service.

My package has been sitting at a location for 8 days ! No updates, nothing. Was ordered in lots of time to be here for the weekend and now will not receive it. I have chatted online with customer service who just kept telling me “it’s on its way”. I can clearly SEE the location and it has not moved since March 6! I have asked for contact number or something to call the depot to find out what is going on but they don’t have a number ? Canada Post does not have phone numbers to their depots ??? They created a ‘ticket’ for me yesterday which will give me updates when it moves ? I already am signed up to get email alerts. I want to know WHEN my package will move! Sad thing is, it is located just an hour away and I would drive and get it myself. So disappointed and no help to fix the problem.

My third registered mail to Ireland. $21+ for each delivery and none have made it in less than two weeks. S••t service. 3-7 business days is a joke, right?

My item arrived in a million pieces. Canada post is unacceptable. They don’t care how your package arrives. Besides being in a million pieces, my package was opened and other items I had sent did not show up and the box was opened and taped shut.

Aren't you Canada Post? You made a routing error and my pkg is delayed with no update? Or is it lost? You are about on par with Walmart delivery for getting lost

I send it from Canada. Do the Middle East this 2 month is still alive that I. Check my truck number. They S Say still in Richmond really is very bad service I never Send again

Your robot is useless. It could not understand a word I was saying and kept asking the same questions over and over. The tracking number I gave 6 times was completely wrong when I finally got through to an agent. Who gave excellent service. If you want your customers not to be annoyed by the time they get through to an agent then get rid of the robot assistant.

I sent a return package to Bell Canada on Feb 13,2024. It is now March 11, 2024 and my package has not been delivered to the address it is sent too. I have no street address only a postal code and “ my CPC receipt that I sent it. (Glad I have that)!!! Expected delivery date was Feb 16,2024. 3 days not 3 weeks! Unacceptable service! Who has the package?
