This Canada tracking is useless! Very frustrating it gives you no update at all! My package has been in Canada for days! I spent $20 for express mailing!

Waiting for a parcel, it has been "out for delivery" for a week and a half now, it is riding around town in the delivery van apparently. Any attempts to contact Canada Post are met with a recorded message saying they can't help me. I check this website to look for updates, and I have to view ads before I can post a review. Pathetic, Canada Post. Pathetic.

If I could rate it less than one star I would. Poorest service ever. Sent a letter to my son in Cornwall on Monday by Xpresspost and was told it would be delivered Tuesday. Tracked it this morning and it’s going to be delivered on Thursday. Too late! Grrrr

Just wanted to say thank you for delivering my paperwork in a timely manner. Keep up the excellent service.

Always slow worth service coustomer

What is the point of C.P. have the option of a tracking number when they do not update it? My package has not moved in six days!

I sent a envelope, from Ontario to Nova Scotia, very next day it was delivered back to me... went to.post again, very next day it was returned to me again. Called Canada Post and was told to send it again... this time I sent it with signature, guaranteed delivery of two days took 5... & cost me an extra 2.00... but finally it got there. I did receive refund, but still not impressed.

Sat home all day in my apartment waiting for the buzzer. To sign for some documents. Only to find a note that can pick up at the post office the next day.

I sent my mom and dad a thinking of you card close to two weeks ago and they still haven’t received it

I'm not impress with the service rendered. Delivery is too slow. Sent out a parcel since on the 28th of February,2023 and up till now, the receiver as not receive it and he is traveling on the 6th. And he is meant to travel with the parcel. So sad right now.

Why hasn't my parcel moved from a spot in 6 days? What is the use of having a tracking system if you people don't update.

I sent a parcel to get a simple repair Feb 1.i used the tracking number they gave me at the post office I go to it and can't get any info at all.completely usless

Your guy was supposed to deliver a parcel to me yesterday. I waited for it outside all of a sudden and I get a notice stating it was delivered. Your guy did not show up your guy. Did not believe a delivery notice or nothing. So you wanna review your review is terrible you guys should close the hell down

Still my mail not yet recieve almost 1month now
