I just don’t get it. I sent two parcels from Ontario going to Nova Scotia. Last Monday it’s now Friday. I received one of them and the other says it’s still in Toronto. Like wake up Canada post. If u got one of them here on time why not the other. I just don’t get it at all. Pay an arm and a leg to mail. And u have no idea what’s up with your belongings. Oh well that’s Canada post for ya!!! Hopefully things go good and I’ll see the other box by Monday….

You really need to fix this new tracking system you have it's ridiculous I have Parcels saying that they're in Stephenville since the 24th and I have been talking to them so I don't know where my packages are in your tracking system isn't working right

Updates are terrible. You don’t get any. Seriously last Thursday is the last update and it should be here today. Wish the company was sending it with a different company

Time line in the tracking is completely wrong. Started on Han 29 and the next update is Jan 25

Tracking system is flawed. Parcel sent on 20th January. No update. I don't know where my parcel is. . It should have been in UK and delivered by now. Money wasted paid for tracking.

The Pharmasave post office clerks are not helpful at all. Always tell customer to call Canada Post and they will not deal with any mail related issues..... When I was on the phone call, the Canada Post staff was not trying to resolve my problems but blaming me for not reading the agreement on the Canada Post website!

If only tracking kept up with movement of the package. I'm thinking some locations note the package into the tracking system and other locations do not put their location in the tracking system right away if at all. Next thing you see is four locations popping up at once. It might be the tracking system itself that is the issue, however tracking movements have become an issue for others as well and why hasn't canada post corrected the problem. Once corrected, the tracking system will be a good system for people's packages tracked across Canada.

Every time I check for an update on the location of my item the update is not current. It is 24 to 36 hours behind the current time
