Sent a parcel from Clairmont to Edmonton, says it was delivered to community mail box, but no key, no pick up paper. Item had vanished. Started an investigation and no updates. Will go courier from now on.

We were returning a package to china. It went in the mail December 22 2023. Every time we checked it said out for delivery should be there January 9 2024. Every day it would say that day it should be delivered. Guess what it came back to us January 19 2024 never left Stoney Creek. Said dangerous goods. It had on the box a battery and it was a computer. It cost us 221.22 for it to never leave here. It was a return from where we got it. This is bull

Very incompetent and unreliable shipping company in canada

Canada Post got to be the worst delivery system in Canada. Their website and tracking system is gone beyond repair. Every time you try to get on their system it fails and the information about my pkg is 2 weeks behind the times.

I placed my letter for registered mail to Alberta from Newfoundland it arrived as they said in 6 days..it was good having the tracking though somedays it was off.

Yes it takes 3 days but I paid for signature the receiver must sign? Yes it was received by whom??? It paid for that

I regularly send packages with zero problems. Staff at my local PO are very pleasant. Keep up the good work!

I don't see an estimated delivery date anywhere on this site anymore, is that no longer a feature? Also, half the time my package gets one notification when sent and then nothing until it's in my box, not really the point of notifications is it?

My parcel was sent from Poland on December 1, 2023. The latest information about it is from December 6, 2023. The post office doesn’t know where it is, there is no answer on the hotline. Where and from whom can I find out at least some information about my parcel?

Pls let me know when I will receive my parcel..I need it soon as possible..I don't like the Canada post service due to it delays..so in that sense I don't think I have need to give any rating .but without rating we can not send our review that's why give one..otherwise they don't deserve 0.
