Now it's more that 32 days my parcel shows in transit .but I didn't receive yet...so please recommend my what should I do?

Delivery across country is usually faster than expected, even regular parcel post. Tracking works well. I am consistently pleased. My local post office personnel are friendly and helpful each time. The hours are good. Like everytghing else, the prices have gone up, but it seems that the world and Canadians have always complained about postal rates for as long as I can remember. It is no cheaper elsewhere, and look at the huge geography Canada Post covers. All city to city destinations are far away.

Mailed Document Package, as Registered Domestic, from Ottawa area on 1/10/2024 at approximately 16:30, and it was delivered in Sudbury at 1/12/2024 at 07:10. Pleased with the service. In general they are pretty good time wise. They are costly, however, for boxed packages.

I have to agree, Canada post is the most unreliable. You don't know if you're package will be a day late or 5 day's late, for the amount of money they make, you would think our parcels would get there on time,if you pay for 24hr delivery ,it should arrive by the next day. I even had one postal worker say he didn't want to take it to my porch and leave it in front of my door,too much work I guess.

I love Canada Post♥️ My parcels to Cranbrook from Vancouver took only 2 business days & that was regular parcel post…1 week before Christmas to boot! My other Parcel to Red Deer, Alberta was 2 days as well. I have had a very good relationship with CP for over 40+years.. Yes, I have had things get lost or were overly long getting to their destination…CP has always stepped up to rectify the situation for me. Massive respect for Canada Post…I really do believe they do their best compared to other Delivery Systems.

I sent a letter, from Etobicoke to Calgary, containing 3 Christmas cards, each to my friend and her two daughters, and each with $50 gift card, on Dec 18/23. I paid right postage, based on size and weight, as stamped by postal clerk. Today is Jan 11/24, and my friend has not received the letter with Christmas Cards and gift cards enclosed. Looks to me that Canada Post has bunch of thieves. Had i known i would order Amazon gift cards and ship direct without Christmas cards (but i wanted it to be special, silly me). Because obviously our Canadian postal service is useless. I feel robbed and angry. All those union public workers should be fired and services closed. It’s evident only privately owned business actually give a damn. Never ever using CP again. Bunch of lazy robbers.

This is the second time that Canada Post has lost my package.. first time happen a few months ago and now it happens again this time it's been claimed at the post office in Richmond BC and the thing is I don't understand is why my package is not here because I ordered three other packages one on the same day the other two were after I got those packages how come I did not get the one on December 1st I'm still waiting for that package and I got three others after that package so where is my parcel

Pathetically slow. Compared to the US postal service we are light years behind them. For the tax dollars allocated to Canada post we are not getting acceptable service. Yet another federal liberal government incompetence!

I have a parcel they claim was delivered but there was no key in my community mail box. Thinking either the postie put it in the wrong box or they just pilfered it.

Canada Post has terrible service.My parcel left Newfoundland to Edmonton on Dec 13, 2023. Was suppose to be here on Dec 27. It arrived in Edmonton one Jan 1. Then sent to Calgary on Jan 3. Jan 4 it’s on its way back to Edmonton. Hope I get it tomorrow as I’m afraid they may send it back to Newfoundland

I mailed a parcel on December 13 2023 from Newfoundland to go to British Columbia and it is now January 2 2024 and it still hasn't arrived there. I was told when I mailed it that it would arrive in 5 to 7 days.

I’m still waiting for a parcel to be delivered in Calgary that’s been there since Dec 18th 10 days and still no delivery date

I’m still waiting for a package to be delivered that was checked in in Calgary on Dec 18th and still hasn’t arrived nor do I have a delivery date as it’s changed 3 times and now there isn’t even one now.

I don’t understand why I was sent two parcels the same day from the same person. And they only received one out of the two. Well look like I’ll get the other after Christmas. Guess better late than never.

I am very impressed about the delivery service this time of year. My parcel was sent from middle Ontario on Tuesday. It is now Friday and it’s in town out for delivery today. Very happy with the service this time if the year. They are on top of it on the busiest time of the year. Way to go Canada post
