This tracking is almost useless. And why is a parcel in California that is supposed to be going to Minnesota?

This site does not update fast enough, ex it has been 4 days & nothing. Big money is paid to send mail, should be faster

Terrible tracking system. No meaningful information. Virtual Assistant is of no help. Chatting with an agent is no better

6 days ago dropped 2 flat rate boxes at a postal outlet in Dartmouth. According to tracking, the last posted destination is Montreal and that has been the case for the last 4 days. Parcels are bound for BC. Your tracking system is horrible. Where are my parcels?

Parcel arrived on time and faster than scheduled.

If I have to give my credit card for verification you can be rest assured I will not be opening an account. I I was wanting was to track a parcel

An envelope was mailed from Kitchener on December 2nd by registered mail. It is Monday Dec 11th at 5pm and it still hasn’t arrived in Pefferlaw! Maybe the post office should take a page from Amazon on delivering items. Absolutely the worst service ever!!!

It is a good, informative site. The thing is there a way too many ads posted on site and some are large enough to make tracking information difficult. Is the Alberta government in charge of the website? There needs to be a change on site about all the excessive ads.

Canada post cost to mail parcels and envelopes is absolutely ridiculous! Price gouging at its finest! Shame on you Canada Post!

Put tracking number in but it wont do anything

Your automated program for tracking numbers could not pick up the difference between J and G. My wife and I tried over 10 times and kept getting a G response.
