My parcel hasn’t arrived yet, and it’s my medicine which is very important for me, and because of that I am not able to recover. So I really need my meds ASAP, because they are important in keeping me healthy and painless.

Pathetic service ! I had to mail my kids and grandkids gifts in two separate mailings, one was delivered to their home the other in strathmore about 20 + minute drive from their house ! With the costs of mailing parcels now, this is absolutely pathetic !! There is not a postal outlet in their little town anymore so a little service at Xmas would have been nice !

I am not too happy at the moment, my parcel is missing!!! Sent Christmas gifts to my daughter and family, only to have the package disappear. Says it was delivered almost a week ago but nope, it was not delivered. I had to put in a request to search for the package. I insured it but not the true value, and some things can't have a value placed on it. Fingers crossed, it gets to them!!

Maybe canada post should let Amazon the mail.

Absolutely terrible service from this corporation, the greed is overwhelming, took two envelopes in and requested a tracking number she said our systems are down so if you want them to go out today you will have to put them in our canada post envelopes which cost me 40.00 plus a dollar in the meter, canada post is by far the worst delivery service in Canada, knew I should have gone ups or purolator,,,

I got better tracking when it was in China it let me know exactly where and time my package was. Once it got to Canada post they can not tell me were my package is only that it is in route.

Clerk friendly, helpful and does the job right.

This tracking is almost useless. And why is a parcel in California that is supposed to be going to Minnesota?

This site does not update fast enough, ex it has been 4 days & nothing. Big money is paid to send mail, should be faster

Terrible tracking system. No meaningful information. Virtual Assistant is of no help. Chatting with an agent is no better

6 days ago dropped 2 flat rate boxes at a postal outlet in Dartmouth. According to tracking, the last posted destination is Montreal and that has been the case for the last 4 days. Parcels are bound for BC. Your tracking system is horrible. Where are my parcels?

Parcel arrived on time and faster than scheduled.
