An envelope was mailed from Kitchener on December 2nd by registered mail. It is Monday Dec 11th at 5pm and it still hasn’t arrived in Pefferlaw! Maybe the post office should take a page from Amazon on delivering items. Absolutely the worst service ever!!!

It is a good, informative site. The thing is there a way too many ads posted on site and some are large enough to make tracking information difficult. Is the Alberta government in charge of the website? There needs to be a change on site about all the excessive ads.

Suddenly after 3 years, Canada post will not enter UPS outlets where safe P.O.Boxes, located; where staff accept packages for said P.O Box, instead of alternative- leaving on front porch under the 'matt'..totally unprofessional/ unsecured. Sad that something with Canada in title has been been lowered to this level, why? All due to contract negotiations.? Shame on Canada Post!!!!! Have had packages rerouted , lost, stolen etc.

Terrible service why does it take mail a week or more to be shipped from Stephenville NL to Roddickton NL? I have had mail from the US to come to Newfoundland in 2or3 days but when it reaches here it basically stops.

Further to my review of the parcel taking 13 days to be delivered. I called Canada Post in Georgetown Ontario, where the item was delivered to ask why it took 13 days to be delivered. Got an answering machine that told me to phone a delivery issues number. I called that number and the extension. The first time I called I got a hang up. The second time I called I got a message saying that the person at this extension does not have their mailbox set up “goodbye”. Wow unbelievable

I bought a flat rate box. From my postal code to the destination, delivery time is estimated at six days. That was November 21. I tracked the parcel and instead of going to the house on the address, it went to some community mailbox somewhere November 27. When the parcel was not picked up, I guess it went back to the postal station and was resorted to the correct delivery route. It was finally delivered to the house December 4. It took 13 days! Not a good luck for Canada Post once again.
