This is the worst carrier ever, I paid for my letters/ documents to get to my country supposedly on time and this is the day that those papers are not even close to get there. Almos a month in a few days. I paid for it to arrive in my country in two weeks. I'm checking on it since i paid a tracking fee and it says is on its way to Montreal after a month and its going to Montreal??? Its destination is South America! In the envelope are important documents that need to be processed in a certain time period. They say 2 weeks! DHL did an excellent job with my other documents they got there in less than a week now I'm waiting for my other documents to arrive.....I have a very bad feeling about all of this I should sue Canada post

I give single star because there is no less than single otherwise i will give 0 coz very service the delivery time of express is 8 days something but the parcel is delivered after 19 days and they don’t give any specific information they just show different different things sometimes in transit sometime out for delivery and sometimes something.

Absolutely amazing and on time

I was scheduled to receive an international shipment on Friday. The package went to customs on Wednesday and the app continued to expect delivery on Friday. At 12:01 AM on Friday - delivery status changed to unknown. I called Canada Post and was told that customs clearance took between 1 week and 1 month. I called Customs and found that couriers use their own brokers and typically clear customs in less than an hour - but Canada Post does not - AND is disorganized and often loses packages… The 1 month was considered to be an exaduration, but a week is common. I will NEVER arrange a shipment with Canada Post again.

It’s showing delivered , but I can’t get that parcel , I’m feeling so bad because this parcel is really important for me … I think you guys are delivered wrong address :(

The parcel you say was delivered was not received by the recipient. You offer no further explanation for the delivery. Your service is pitiful.

You said Express is next delivery it took 4 days. Using your services was a mistake I will never repeat.

Worst tracking and service

You guys got to be the worse delivery service on the planet, just aswell you use a horse and buggy .That would be faster and probably better customer service. Completely disconnected from people's needs and service.

Worst post office ever

Thank you Canada Post for the fantastic service. I mail a small box with you from Brampton, Ontario on Nov 17th and it arrived at my friend's house on Nov 21st in Thompson, Manitoba in great condition. Thank you once again...you made my day!
