I sent a simple thank you card from Ontario, Canada to Bradenton,l Beach. Florida,bought the postage at Canada Post and mailed the card. That was in early September. We are now in December and she has still not received my card. The address was correct as I had sent things before. My return was on the envelope. That's disgusting service. I went to the post office that I mailed it from asking why it wasn't delivered and all I got from the employee was shrugged shoulders and "I don't know". Unbelievable...a simple, basic card.

My packages have been sitting in Montreal since No ember 21. Tracking information has not been updated since Nov 21. This is unacceptable period. Shouldn’t matter what time of year it is. I’ve received 1 out of the three packages that all arrived in Montreal the same day. I have never had a package from Hobbi take more than 7 days to arrive.

The worst delivery service. I mailed a letter in registered mail in Nov 8. No it's Dec. 4. And still in transit. Sopose to to be delivered in 3 to 7 days. Zero confidence.

Parcel sent from Oromocto NB on 22 Nov, another parcel sent same time- going to the same town has arrived yet one parcel as shown in tracking has been to Dieppe, NB the to Montreal Quebec then back to Dieppe then back to Montreal then back to Dieppe. It was sent long before Cut off and now 3 Dec it is back in NB - NOT a Happy customer here at all. one star rating is actually too high for such poor service.
