If I could give half a star I would. I paid for express shipping and did not receive the service I paid for. I watch my item sit in “process” for eternity. Eight days and my item is not delivered.

Gave 1 star, since -4 stars isn’t allowed. Waiting on package that was “lost” the day after they picked it up. All they can tell me is it’s somewhere within the 60km’s of pickup, and delivery location!!

Stinks! Mailed a package on November 3rd and it arrived in the US on November 17th I won’t get my money back because it needed to be returned by November 16 th. Should have used UPS . Next time I will no more Canada Post

The rating is low due to the poor updating of your tracking system. What is the use of tracking number if it is not providing the information to your customers, is it not the reason you charge extra for it?

Yikes….was suggested that I purchase a Post Office box, plus it only takes 4 days to be delivered. That was on October 28; this year. No parcel yet…keeps telling me it is in transit. Not impressed at all.
