What a joke. Worst service. Our government is corrupt!

Canada Post service is great! very efficient and trustworthy service.

Both my packages were sent to Ottawa. I live in Ucluelet, B.C

Unfortunately… I send a parcel to my daughter,she is in UBC, and it’s lost…very sad.. paid for it almost &30…

Paid extra (cpost xpress) to get a parcel to the reciever for a special event by Friday evening. Parcel still haven't been delivery sitting in Victoria somewhere. No wonder couriers have a booming business. Thanks for your 2 day delivery guarantee canada post!!!!

If I can. At all. I avoid using your services. By far the slowest process for receiving a package. I watch my packages take days and days to process out of Calgary.. it will take one day to ship from Ontario and will take 5 or 6 days to process out of Calgary. I despise using Canada Post. The more money you spend on shipping the more time it takes to arrive. Garbage.

Not reliable even paid way more for express

I paid 16 dls to send a certified cheque on Sep 29/23 until today Nov. 10th/23 the envelope has not arrived in New York

Radway alberta post office is not a good place for communication...nobody returns calls..website is outdated...parcels fit other boxes , but not there size..

Canada post has made several of my packages disappear. Or like my latest they have no idea where it is. They got ya disappointed coming and going

I used to be able to depend on a package taking a week to go from one end of the country to the other. I now wait more than two weeks for a domestic shipment, yet a package from out of country arrives so much quicker. Better job needed, Canada Post. We pay through the nose for you to provide service and we’d like to get what we pay for!

The Tracking system of Canada Post is very poor , Person cannot track to know exactly where the Letter is.,also not fast at all.
