Ordered replacement laptop screen... Oct 17 flight left china Oct 21 cleared Canada customs Oct 27 arrived at line hual office Nov 8 Canada Post hasn't picked up the mail from airport yet still waiting. 3rd world mail service is quicker than our own.

Mailed a package to the UK on October 17 as of today it is sitting in Montreal and has been since October 18. Given how much I paid I am disappointed that it has taken almost 3 weeks and still has not left Canada.

My local post office in Breton, Alberta, very rude and unhelpful. They returned a parcel without proper notification. No customer service. Refused to help me cut a key to access my mail. If I had another choice for delivery and mail in our town I would not use Breton Post office. I don’t even want to give 1 star but it won’t let me give a 0.

Tracking is useless, lost a package, showed back up in my mailbox, gave it back to the post office tobresend, sent it back out using the same Tracking # now lost again. Can't talk to a real person, they want you to use the the chat, again useless, all they wanted to do was refund me the postage. But first sigh up and give a credit card# and we will bill you $1 and credit you again. I need the package not a refund.. not impressed.

I mailed a $3500 machine Oct. 4 , oh it says Delivered but it wasn’t, I’m liable for this as it was given to me for trial. Canada Post just say it was delivered, maybe for gods sake but where. Oct 4 l mailed a cordless machine $169.99 l lost the slip so l have no tracking number, god they have it but come up with every excuse. Same Post office , this is $5,000 and they have no answers

They don't accept any responsibility for what they do unless you get tracking number. Even in that case there is no guarantee you can get your lost item. It is funny
