Worst postal service ever. Tracking is useless. No updates now since day 2 (now on day 7). Will use FedEx from now on.

They deliver my mail

DHL used Canada post as third party delivery. Claims that they left card at my house. They didn't. I paid for home delivery. I am disabled.

Canada post lies. Promises 2 day delivery. Charge me 40 dollars. Thanks for dissapointing my kids.

Paid $16.00 to track a regular letter-size envelope from Ontario to Georgia, USA. (A signature at the other end would have cost over $30.00!) It tracked for 3 days when it got to Flushing, N.Y. After that, nothing. 6 days later the recipient let me know that it had arrived. That was 2 days ago, and the tracking still says it is in Flushing. What a waste of $16.00!

Never updated, last update I got was Sunday.

Canada post is worst

Took four days from Stephenville to port au port and another 3 days from port au port to my house which is a 45 minute drive, why so long, only two days from Ontario to Stephenville, something wrong here, I give it a 2

Well Maybe I am just lucky ? I live on Vancouver Island and send parcels to the BC interior - Chase .I mailed on 23rd and delivered on the 25th ! My parcels to my grandkids in Chase have never taken more than 3 days. I never use express just regular mail. So for me Canada Post has been good.

I will never order from any company that uses Canada Postal Service for delivery. It is impossible to track my package.

Very poor service.

Still waiting on a parcel that was sent from one place in Ontario to another in Ontario and ended up in PEI. Tried to do resolution on phone to no avail, so tracking package that is now back in New Brunswick, but no sign of it coming back to Ontario! Wish you could just speak to an actual human to resolve

Paid for overnight service to calgary to edmonton. Was suppose to land in 2 days but ended up in Vancouver. 1 week later and they still can't find the package. It needed to get there in time for a function. Never ever using Canada post for courier services again. UPS now has my business.
