I am completely satisfied with the fin e service I get with canada post.

Safe and on time

It took 17 days from Nova Scotia which is ridiculous and if I could have given stephenville NL post office a minus number I would have. Poor service

I've been having alot of trouble with my parcels/mail being delivered to the wrong mailboxes. I'm not sure what is going on but this is NOT GOOD. Again my parcel was delivered oct 19 it is not in my mailbox . Something needs to be done.

Payed for 2 day shipping and it’s been over a week and still haven’t received my package. What a waste of money.

Very slow. Sent a registered letter on October 2nd . After a week I could not trace it, as well as Canada Post. From what I see now it looks like it arrived on the 17h somewhere, not specified where, Bad performance!

The prices are certainly not meant to encourage the use of Post Canada. $10.78 to deliver a small and rather light envelope (which they qualify as a parcel) from Montreal to Vaudreuil (apps. 45 kms door to door). Then they add a $3.23 fuel surcharge, which you see once you read the invoice, which amount is loaded with taxes at the pump. Plus of course, the TPS/TVQ taxes. A good example of price gouging. I am giving 2 stars because the delivery was done as promised.

Very expensive to mail a very small parcel to Chatham!! Was supposed to be 2 business days took 4!!!

Having read many negative reviews for Canada Post I was concerned about my current parcel. To that end I tracted my parcel every step through the delivery process and was very pleasantly suprised. Not only was the delivery fast and correct but they beat the estimated delivery date by several days. I would have given 5 stars but the packaging was slightly damaged on one end of the box. The product was undamaged. Overall very pleased with the service.

Paid $45.00 for Canada post delivery. No delivery! Had to go to post office location for pick up. Disgusting service!!!!

A registered letter priority mail was mailed to me from Winnipeg MB to Brantford ON on Monday Oct. 16 and when I track it , it's still showing its sitting in Winnipeg. It hasn't updated since Tuesday FFS. My sister who lives way further away in BC got hers Wednesday. It is a very important document and not only should it have been here by now, Canada Post tracking should have updated their site more recently than Tuesday ffs.

Sent a small parcel from Nova Scotia to Iqaluit sept 28 , now Oct 19 and still says in transit since Montreal Oct 3
