I am so tired of canada post losses my packages this is the 23 package that they lost on me . How hard is it to deliver mail . In 2 years they lost alot of my mail. I am so tired of it.

I can't see the location of my parcel. Is something wrong?

Fast and easy to use

I was not even given any update on parcel after reaching my home address nor call even after giving my mobile number ...now it says package sent to sender ...how disgusting is this ..why dont you even call customer recheck before sending to sender ....never recommended

10 days to get registered letter to Edmonton.

I have send a urgent document put as a priority letter on September 25 and paid $ 26.00 Canada post has forwarded this letter on October 9th from Montreal to the international destination... where has the urgent letter been in 15 days and now I can't even track it... that's an so insane and poor service and I can't recommend Canada post at all to others

Now I understand why Canada post is carbon neutral, everything moves on foot

When a parcel sent from France per regular post gets to Canada in one week ,why can't Canada post get a package to France under a month? It should be called snail mail are us

Horrible service. Mailed packages to Tulita NWT. Processed since Oct 4 in Edmonton. Still have not arrived. Usually takes 10 to 12 days. Mailed from Toronto Sept 29. Just think it is ridiculous.

Posted a parcel today at Shoppers Drugmart post office at Nortown Plaza in Chatham, Ont . Pat was very pleasant, helpful and efficient .

I visited Canada Post at Crowfoot Shoppers Drug Mart today on October 13,2023 at1.49pm to send a parcel. The lady who was dealing at the counter was an excellent person having a nice customer service and plasent look. She was very helpful and I appreciate it.
