Garbage company stuff always lost or late one excuse after another I wish their was another company to deliver mail also because Canada post is getting worse and worse

Absolute terrible service! 150 bucks for overnight shipping and I still don’t have my package 7 days later! It only needed to come one province over

If I could leave a - 10 I’d be happy! Bull crap service! Don’t waste your time! I paid 175 bucks for overnight shipping! It’s been 5 days and my package hasn’t left bc and I only need it shipped one province over and the package is only 10 lbs

It's happened over and over and over again you get an update on your phone that your item is out for delivery you sit and wait all day so you don't have to go to the main box to pick up your package it's not updated people show up at your door even without an update I have had people put my delivery notice in my mailbox not on my door and then say that it was delivered at my door and wasn't delivered at my door and the main office at Canada Post is absolutely nothing about it the same people keep coming back and back and back why are we dealing with this company it's the worst ever

Canada Post has no proper delivery even if you get a notice that your parcel is out for delivery that means nothing they take it upon their own discretion you can wait home for hours there not updating like they should an item can be out for delivery for hours and not even show up until the next day they're completely useless their system is useless their prices are high everybody should go with a lower Transport company

Worst service, pick up package in Calgary and made it to sudbury signature was required never was I able to track package (firearm)., I had multiple occasions in the last years where I wouldn't never been able to track package and been sitting in community box for days not knowing it was there

Garbage company. Garbage employees. Nothing new in Canada

For all of my packages I had to pick it up in one of they're offices. The mail man never delivers them, instead they just leave a notice without knocking. One time I caught him and asked where's my package at.. he responded by saying "oh I will be right back with " of course he never came back. It bothers me that they go on a strike every year, yet they don't even do what they are supposed to do.. ridiculous. This has to stop.

Unreliable. Spent extra money for next day delivery guarantee of my envelope and as of 7pm the next day, as per tracking, envelope was still showing in transit. From Ottawa ON to Kitchener, ON.
