Terrible service. 8 days for a reg letter!!!

They resolved my missing parcel

Ordered an item online delivering by Canada Post. Got it the next day which was awesome cause I thought I would have to wait two days.

My rating is a zero. Sent a parcel priority post. Guaranteed next day delivery. Sent on September 11th it still hasn't been delivered.

Sent a parcel on September 11th still says it's in transit. Paid for express post. Parcel still hasn't been delivered.

This is the second time that our package to the UK was lost or stolen. First was the passport and now a package. Now it is proven that Canada Post is the most unreliable, dishonest courrier worldwide. You can't even talk to a real person when you call them. And the employee at the Canada Post outlet won't even try to track the package. After this, whether they can find my package or not I will never, ever use this dishonest and unreliable courrier. You can't trust them! Our cards from the UK never reach out home too. So that explains why I said very unreliable and dishonest post office worldwide. Proven already. Canada post don't even deserve one star.

No stars…tracking service purchased July 28/23. No indication it has been delivered! Rating is zero!

Lazy useless staff, way too expensive and zero accountability. Will never use Canada post again

Worse Experience Ever!!

I sent my parcel express post. They rec’d it the next day. I lost my tracking # and Denise at my post office on Wellington Rd. London Ont. Was so helpful and went out of her way to help me and track my parcel. Denise deserves recognition for the wonderful service she provides. 5 Stars

I lost my tracking number and had to return to the post office. Wonderful people there looked up their computer and in a jiffy I had the answer. Much apptciated. BDL

Worst experience ever. I’ll go back to Purolator . Pay for priority next day and still nothing 3 days later

Paid for priority shipping next day delivery on Monday and Wednesday still hasn’t showed to location. Very poor service

I sent a parcel to Italy. On September 8,2023 but the parcel haven’t received yet .when I track my parcel show me a same place at last 15 days . I don’t know what a reason
