My package was picked up on Oct 20th and that's as far as thr tracking information goes? I will request that next time they do not ship it by Canada post I have zero luck once they get ahold of a parcel They should be much more accountable for screwing up

They take your money for 1 day shipping and then take a week to deliver. Perhaps speaking to Amazon about shipping might. Ring Canada Post into the 21st Century. And I thought Ottawa was a mess!

Sent a package with medical info Oct 26th Xpress post, still not delivered. I am not impressed!

Paid for express shipping and the estimated delivery date is 14 days away. Regular Canada post would have been quicker

I am not coating nothing. I paid for express post that was suppose to be 2-3 day service and I am in day 7 mail has come and gone and still no package. It tells me that they are waiting for item when I try and track threw the tracking number. It us at a point with Canada post that I will not order from this particular company just because of the real sad service Canada post has .They can talk to people in Space but yet Canada post can't get there job right.Just unreal.

The Canada Post staff in St Paul, AB have always been professional and very helpful with answering questions or offering information about the most cost-effective way to send parcels. I've had the same good experiences whenever I've mailed from the main outlet on 104th Ave in Edmonton, AB. As well, the parcels sent via the Priority Post option seem to often arrive at destination even faster than the expected times advertised. Only letters and parcels send by regular mail have occasionally taken weeks longer than expected. Overall, I'm very happy with Canada Post service.

I just tracked it now & it said delivered.I mailed it last Monday,Oct23rd; delivered Thursday,Oct 26. Good! I'm very pleased,thank you. Mailed it priority that cost me $28.
