Mailed a 4 pound package by airmail to UK. Delivered to recipient on 6th day after leaving Alberta! Wonderful service!

Not at all impressed suppose to be there in 2 days, going on 6 still not there. In future I will be using a more reliable means of delivery.

Canada post is too slow uniuni is much faster

Trying to track Express Post letter and unable to do it without registering for music etc and giving my credit card number. Ridiculous! Make your site business/like and user friendly.

I sent a parcel from North Sydney ,Nova Scotia on August 24, 2023 to go to Trenton,Ontario. The parcel has not arrived after 21 days because it is being”looped” between Montreal and Dieppe,NB. Why is it so difficult to see when the parcel gets to Quebec that it is going to the next province, Ontario! I had someone check on it from Canada Post last Friday who assured me he would fix the problem, NOT! Why do they charge such high rates with such terrible service!

Terribly disappointed with the results of paying extra to have a letter delivered within 3 days. One week and one day later to deliver a time sensitive pkg. Regular mail must take two months to deliver. I don’t think I have ever been disappointed by Canada Post so badly before

Just lately I have not been receiving my parcels on time and it gets very frustrating. Then I call and talk to agents and I'm being told different information by every agent that I've talked to. Like today I talk to an agent at 11:00 this morning and I was told that I would get my parcel kitty which is September the 13th. The parcel was supposed to be here yesterday which was September the 12th. I don't know what has happening on your end but it would be nice to get the proper information from live agents and have the agent not being rude when you talk to them

Packages are constantly late or sometimes even lost. Nobody knows what’s going on when you call the number. This is three packages in a row in the last three weeks that have been lost late or don’t even know what the hell is going on with them, one of them was a wedding ring don’t understand what’s so hard about putting the right package in the right slot at a community mailbox?? Yeah, it happens. Time after Time Canada Post has really gone downhill. I wish there was another alternative, but there isn’t for most things.

The package left for more than a month th and when I called Canada post. They told me that I have to call overseas to track my parcel. Other vendors they tracked my parcel. I'll not use Canadapost again

Tracking# 1015942013552109. The parcel was never delivered to the recipient as mentioned and claimed by Canada Post. It's awful. A gift sent by daughter from USA to father living in Canada has not arrived.

Very slow service and no updates. Frustrating for sure! Still waiting
