Am very satisfied

I like using canada post as l find them very reliable and have mostly positve dealings with them - l deal with a small post office inside a shoppers & the girl there is very friendly & dies a great job - when l have items shipped l always choose canada post as the carrier as trust them to get my parcel here . Thx for doing a great job - will continue to use your services

Sent a cheque Xpresspost from Nth. Van. to Oakville Ont. on Tuesday Aug 1st. was told it would take (3) business days. Arrived Oakville Thursday said it would be delivered the next day according to the Canada Post Tracking App. Then on Friday it said it would be delivered the business day. Being a long weekend that means Tuesday now. I could have saved myself some money and just sent it regular mail and it would have gotten there in the same amount of time. I’m old school and I like Canada Post, but one can see why people are switching to the many alternatives. I understand there are unforeseen situations, but don’t promise what you can’t deliver and don’t even offer reimbursement. Pay for Xpresspost and get snail mail.

I can no longer get updates and my parcel is trapped less than 1 hour from my location. The fellow that delivers is awesome but the process behind him is so poor the Management should be ashamed.

Tracking said delivery Wed. No package. Got changed to Friday. Detailed tracking says its still in Montreal. Destination is near Toronto. ?

Worst service. For we not show updated status of your mail. What’s the use of spending g so much money

very bad experience. our parcel that could be possible within a week that took more than 30 days and hv not deliver yet . it’s such a slow service.

Amazon, without telling buyer (me) or seller sent package Canada Post. Of course tracking doesn't work, no idea when arrive. If I had known would have purchased elsewhere.
