Can't get a straight answer.

Too much bad service..... I hate now this company.

I am disconnected from this shipping company, I sent a small express box and it is more than three weeks old and no one has responded to the status of the box, they are responsible.

I paid for two day delivery and the item is still in Toronto ON. Delivery was suppose to be there in Red Deer today!

Ridiculous services not responsible and does not give correct information and charge a lot without even providing you complete details.

I was misled before submitting my package that my package will be delivered in 12 days. I was told if I submit my package by international express it will take 12 days and with tracking number I can track it. It’s been 10 days in total and my package is being stuck with customs. Firstly, they said they will refund my money now they say I have to contact customs directly or contact receiver to check with the package as they are not responsible. The services of Canada post is ridiculous I could choose better courier services as they charged me $188 and now not even providing me any resolution.

This is the second parcel in a row Canada post has delivered to my community mail box and I never received it. This is ridiculous. I can’t get anywhere having this refunded or resolved.

I was home all day and never was my package attempted to be delivered because I live in a building they don't wanna come to my door is easier just to put the card in my mailbox very lazy thats what they get payed to do.
