The service is slow ! I had 3 expedited parcels from B.C. to Alberta. Have been checking the status of my delivery each day for a week if not more and the site promises delivery at least 3 times but I get various updates that tell me it's still in transit. Not impressed!!!!!!!

Ordered my parts over a month ago coming USPS to Canada and they have been sitting in terminal 8 for over a month, are all the government employees on permanent holidays ?? Wtf is going on!!

Ordered my parts from earth quake parts and they are sitting at station 8 for a month now!!

Important documents sent on Wednesday 16th by carrier Xpresspost for 2 day charge delivery. It arrived on Sunday, 4 days!!! Can I get a refund?

It doesn't even give the information to track my package it just says waiting for item and not telling me where it is and ots frustrating and the delivery is very slow my past 3 orders got delayed by 3 days and it comes in 12 days so my order came 15 days later which is ridiculous

I'm diabetic been trying to get a parcel delivered to my residence but always goes to someone else's address been trying for a year now needs to be signed no one at Canada post will help supervisors won't call me back my medication is life important to me from Bedford N.S.worst company I ever dealt with I get other people's mail and parcels but mine at my door supose to leave me a card so I can pick up at post office but card doesn't come goes to other peoples address its so frustrating no help from there office or carriers!
