Tracking? This is a joke. Canada Post Tracking said my package was released for but has not delivered it for a month. Canada Post cannot track it and doesn't know where it is .

Delivery very poor. I have had to retrieve all parcels at the post office.

Parcel delivered with no problems and in 2 days. Happy with Canada Post everytime do far.

They're good sometimes if nobody at home, they don't just leaved your package outside you're door they brought back to the closest post office to you're address.

Parcel is a week late and still haven't received yet. When tracked it hasn't moved

I wonder when u send something through them do they charge by the kilometre. Cause they sent my parcel every time in the wrong direction. I get my parcel sent from Belleville Ontario to Nova Scotia. But for some stupid reason they send it to Toronto first. Like that’s 200 plus kills out of the way in the wrong direction. Like hello anyone there that knows the map of Canada lol

I also sent a parcel from Belleville Ontario to Nova Scotia. And it went 235 kilometres in the wrong direction to Toronto as well. Do they not know the map of Canada. They send it a day I. The wrong direction then back. What of that make any sense. Like why not send it to Ottawa or Montreal from where it was sent from. Like hello. Someone please put someone in control in the right department. And maybe shipping won’t cost us as much as it is. Like come on wake up

Very disappointed ?,I have sent a package in Haiti,the package arrived they never deliver the package.i don't know what's going on with that crazy company

Have a package that came from Hawaii all the way to Peterborough then delivered to Port Hope. We are in Campbellford. Anyone in Peterborough knows that Campbellford is close. They sent it to another city. Now it is our second attempt but tracking has stopped 3 days ago in Chicago. . this is a complete joke. Never again.

We sent a parcel to the Azores on May 8th and still hasn't arrived. At the Postal outlet at Shoppers Drug Mart in Cambridge Ontario, they told us between 4 to 6 weeks delivery, so why hasn't it arrived yet?

I have sent a package from Kingston Ontario to Montreal yesterday. I have tracked it today to find that it is presently in Toronto. isn’t that backwards transportation? I have never heard of anything so ridiculous
