This will be the last time I will use Canada Post as a courier. Horrible service all around. If you want to send something of importance or value, use another courier.

Canada Post should never be used for local parcel delivery. I dropped off a parcel at a postal outlet on July 4 in Hamilton, ON for delivery to Mississauga, ON. I could drive from point to point in 40 mins. It is now July 18 and the parcel is STILL in transit. WTF!!! Worst parcel delivery system ever!

As much as the shipping prices are horrid, I’ve received wonderful service at my local post office. Perhaps because it’s a small town and we pretty much know each other. I’ve used many of the services the post office offers. I would be devastated if our office was shut down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent over $160 sending my friend is Australia a pair of shoes with some charms. Package arrived today, where it was opened and someone stole the charms ???? My friend has posted many things to be from her end with no issues.

Well today I got one out of two parcels sent the same day at the same time. And I can’t even talk to anyone cause all they know is what’s u can look up yourself. Like how sad if u take something that belongs to other people u should know where it is at all times. And not have someone on the phone making up stories. Like they should apply for a job at Walt Disney cause they have just as much stories to tell u. Lol. Not happy not happy at all.

Why is Canada post still in business of package delivery because they do not want to deliver you have to pick it up and they have million excuses by their union why they do not have to. How can we give them minus stars and force them out of business because our tax money subsidies them and for a lazy over paid not working bunch its to much. Thank You.

It’s pretty sad when I order a lot of stuff from Ontario. And most times it only takes 3-4 days. Now it’s been over a week for these two coming and one is still in Ontario and the other is in New Brunswick. Like they haven’t even updated it in three days. So why bother having a tracking system when no one updates it. And u call and all u get to talk to is machines. Like really I paid over 120.00to have shipped and they can’t tell me nothing. Like how sad is that
