What a rip-off,deplorable,they are not what they advertise,who they are,Canada Post was much more dependable 30 years ago,everything seems to be moving backwards with them,instead of going forward.What a DISASTER.

It's an excellent post delivery ?

Recieved a package via ups from Dubai in 3 days. Waited for a package via mail and recieved 5 false delivery notices. Now waiting for one from 8 hours away. It has been over a week. Someone needs to lose their job.

Mail the package on June 2nd by Express post. Today is June 22nd and package is still not received. Canada Post Service is deplorable. From now on I will use UPS.

I’ve paid for express shipping and my package hasn’t been delivered. What sense does that make? Canada post doesn’t deserve not one star. It’s not the first stuff like this happened. I’m sending a package from Brampton to mississauga express and it hasn’t been delivered. It should have been delivered from Tuesday and today is Thursday

Forget about calling Canada Poste telephone #14169793033 for any service if you want to speak to human being. It's not happening. If you don't want residencial service or business service you are cut off. There is no other options. On the website they tell you, you can talk to a live person.

Horrible on line Philatelic service. Unable to order. Contacted Service who promised they would escalate matter to web site programmers. Heard nothing after that. Issue still persists. Have to order by telephone.

Sent birthday gifts to 8 yr old grandson 5 weeks before his birthday. Paid $220 for 7 day shipping. Package got stolen along the way and Canada Post has no investigative or control measures. You can't even talk to a person. Just open a ticket and get robot responses.

I paid extra for a package to be delivered early and its not going to arrive. What a scam!!
