I have received three parcels from Canada Post. How they are getting into my building without buzzing I have no idea. They leave the package at my door and leave they do not knock or anything it's my neighbor across the hall that knocks on my door to let me know I have a package

I paid $30+ to send an envelope to USA. Was advised would arrive in 4 days. Still not delivered. Terrible service!!

Canada Post lost my Amazon return package. It was dropped at the Albion mall shoppers drug Mart post office.

It is a lousy service. I sent a document on June 10 with the priority worldwide service that was supposed to have arrived on June 13 and there are still 17, it has not yet arrived, we spoke to request an answer And they only tell us that surely it has already arrived and that we confirm, the document had to arrive from Tuesday since it was very urgent, we paid 95 dollars only for one sheet and so far it has not arrived It's a lousy service

Still haven't received my package which was supposed to be delivered yesterday.

Paid extra (Xpresspost)so my Fathers Day card would arrive before Fathers Day. It was supposed to go to Leamington Ont. and it ended up in Sault Ste Marie. Looks like Dad won’t have anything for Fathers Day. Very disappointed.

My pkg, sent from B.C has been sent all over NB. Sent twice to Saint John, NB. So, I call Canada Post and a young girl reassures me my pkg is in MY hometown and would be delivered YESTERDAY.I believe she didn't even look it up.

Terrible system. I always have to wait a very long time for anything that is shipped by Canada post. They need to learn and model Intelcom delivery service. Even once the Post office received my package two days ago I have not yet been notified that they have it and I can pick it up. The shipper had to give me a tracking number for Canada post and confirmed it was a Canada post; nothing from Canada Post.. disappointing, upsetting.

Waste of time. Says delivery 10am to 4pm today. Next day says delivery 10am to 4pm today. Next day...guess! Why not just say "eventually"?

If you want something to be delivered or received on time don't ship canada post

Why do we get tracking number when it's rarely updated????? So disappointed. My package I'm was expecting today hasn't been updated since Monday.

Great service.Address of recipient was change and letter was redirected.Canada post reached the correct address and delivered this important mail.

You haven't even started delivering the package this is stupid
