Horrible system. Agents refuse to give any kind of answers, what is your purpose? This needs to be fixed entirely. Also no data transfer in chat that's extremely dated.!

The tracking system as a whole is almost useless, and then when you call or chat with agents. They give you no answers, and I don't know if they are worried about getting sued or something but they refuse to give any kind of answers , I don't understand their purpose if they don't know , or refuse to answer any question. Won't even give an educated guess? Very poor system .

I sent a express envelope on June 12th to Cumberland ON. It was supposed to be there in 2 days. Still not there and tracking number shows still in Edmonton. Not happy with this considering the price for it.

Toronto Dominion bank destroyed my card I live in Western Canada. This was done in error as they did not indicate that my visa was waiting at the branch. Toronto Dominion used Canada post to send my visa in an expedited service that’s taken almost 5 days. this is pure crap. There was no way to leave a zero for Canada Post in Toronto Dominion, and joint effort to say that both places are less than acceptable.

My Expresspost letter from Guelph, went to stoney creek, then Toronto and then London. I live outside of windsor. A week later I till haven't received it. Nice job Canada Post. I can't wait for AI to replace all you losers.

I am frustrated that tracking numbers only show that your parcel is sitting in the postal depot that you mailed it from. Suddenly it gets delivered. So tell me what is the point if tracking is not updated
