I am frustrated that tracking numbers only show that your parcel is sitting in the postal depot that you mailed it from. Suddenly it gets delivered. So tell me what is the point if tracking is not updated

Prompt service but annoying to have to pay extra to buy tape to tape the box. The postal clerk should have some tape available for small boxes!

Definitely a glitch in the system for returned items to disappear-only one scan at a post office and then never scanned again…vanished! No way to follow-up…everyone passes the “buck”.
