The person in the courier service is very arrogant. My house is only 1 kilometer from the courier office Neendoor, kottayam still they will not do home delivery. When i ask him he is talking very rudely that they don’t have staff fo home delivery.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
